Introduction

This course teaches you everything you need to know about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and body harness systems. You will learn how to identify workplace hazards, choose the right PPE, and correctly wear and inspect a full-body harness. The course covers fall protection systems, safety standards like OSHA and ISO 45001, and what to do in an emergency. You will also learn how to care for your equipment and keep proper safety records. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to work safely at height and in high-risk environments.
