Welcome to ITAC eLearning. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website itacelearning.com (the “Website”) and the online courses and services we provide. By registering an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About Us
The Website is owned and operated by ITAC Safety Training Center (“ITAC eLearning”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at admin@itacsafety.com
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account and make the purchase on your behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account or login details with others is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
3. Courses and Course Access
- When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
- Unless otherwise stated on the course page, access is provided for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- We may update, revise, or improve course content from time to time. We may also retire courses; if a course you purchased is retired, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, access to a replacement or an alternative remedy.
- Course completion certificates, where offered, are issued for learning recognition only and do not constitute an accredited qualification unless expressly stated.
4. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are displayed on the relevant course page in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, including UAE VAT where applicable, as indicated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Course access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
- If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute after course access has been granted, we may suspend your access pending resolution.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at https://itacelearning.com/refund-cancellation-policy/. Please read it before purchasing. In summary, digital course purchases are refundable only within the eligibility window and conditions stated in that policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website — including videos, text, graphics, quizzes, downloadable resources, logos, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to ITAC eLearning and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, download (except where a download is expressly provided), record, redistribute, resell, publish, share, or make course content available to any third party, in whole or in part.
- Any unauthorized use of our content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or course access
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass payment, copy-protection, or access-control measures
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website by automated means
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, instructors, or staff in course discussions or communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. User Content
If the Website allows you to post reviews, comments, or forum posts, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Website. You are responsible for your content, and it must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove user content at our discretion.
9. Disclaimers
- Courses are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, employment, or income from taking our courses.
- The Website and courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work to keep it secure and available.
- Nothing in our course content constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) unless explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITAC eLearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or courses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a course purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the Website and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or misuse course content. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
- Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
12. Changes to the Website and These Terms
We may modify the Website, our courses, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
